Industrial Packaging Material

Technocrat Incorporated provides a wide range of Industrial Packaging Solution including:

Jumbo Bags

Bulk bags or jumbo bags are known as Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Bags (FIBC bags). It is an economical and ideal packing used for the storage & transportation of powdered, granulated and bulk products like sand, fertilizers or plastic granules. FIBCs are most often made of thick woven polyethylene or polypropylene, either coated or uncoated. We are masters in making polypropylene texture/fabric in a type of cubic bags.
Currently, industries that are using bulk bags are:-

Types Of Jumbo Bags:

Aluminium Liner

Form shaped aluminum liners, also known as foil liners, improve filling, discharging, handling and stability of the outside of the bag. Foil liners offer great moisture, oxygen, and UV protection and are compatible with a wide variety of bulk bags.

Bottle Shaped Liner

Allows a smooth material flow within the jumbo bag and also provide easier spout handling during filling.

Conductive Liner

There are three methods of static control available. Each has its place and helps eliminate or minimize the problem. Each also has its limiting factors.

Conductive material is the grounding of all equipment and materials, provides control but will be limited by the conductivity of any given material. Paper, plastic and rubber are not naturally conductive, yet making them conductive with embedded carbon or other conductive materials will affect their properties and allow electrostatic charges to freely flow. This type of material is not affected by atmospheric conditions.

Anti-stat additives reduce a material’s surface resistance, allowing a static charge to flow to ground or drain from the surface of a material on a continuous basis. Anti-stat additives are not permanent. Additives bloom to the surface during manufacture and can be removed from the surface by friction or washing. Anti-stat materials are also affected by atmospheric conditions (relative humidity and temperature).

PVC Liner

PVC is widely used as a liner material for numerous pond and containment applications. It makes an excellent choice for containment of chemicals, liquids and wastes. As such, PVC is often used as a landfill liner and for landfill daily cover, presenting a less wasteful solution than using soil. You will often see PVC used in mining applications to contain coal ash – with its high impermeability, PVC is excellent for preventing harmful dusts from spreading.

PVC is also very good at containing water and it can be made non-toxic to handle fish ponds and potable water applications.

PVC can be formulated with several different resistances depending on the purpose. It can be made oil-resistant and safe for fish. It retains high flexibility while maintaining impermeability, and offers a malleable film to work with to conform to changes in the ground and its other surrounding.

VCI Protective Liner

VCI Bag, or Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor bag, is a poly packaging film converted to a bag that is manufactured with added VCI chemistry. VCI molecules protect metals from corrosion by forming a thin, invisible layer on the surface. This layer inhibits the corrosion process caused by oxygen, water, and contaminants.

VCI bags, or Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor bags emit molecules that settle on metal surfaces and form an invisible layer that protects from corrosion. It protects by interrupting the electrochemical corrosion process caused by moisture, oxygen, and contaminants in the atmosphere.

Conductive Yarn

Carbon Conductive Grounding Tape ( Film )

Carbon Conductive Grounding Tape is used to create a secure contact area on the connection point of grounding terminal on type C FIBC.

Carbon Black Conductive Yarn (Type C)

Carbon Black Conductive Yarn is used to ground the static electricity on the surface of the type C FIBC. Conductive yarns form a special conductive network with other yarns in woven fabrics.
